Shipping & Packaging
- Client is responsible for all shipping charges.
- All orders are shipped via common carrier or FEDEX GROUND unless otherwise requested.
- We will drop-ship to your clients for an additional fee.
- Shipping charges include: packaging, handling and insurance.
- We take pride in our product and in our shipping -we pack it securely to safely get to its destination. We add structural support features in our boxes to make sure your lampshade arrives in pristine condition. We know its the small things that make a difference.
- We will replace any defective shades that were shipped to you incorrectly, or made of poor quality.
- Allure Shades must be notified within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
- All claims must be made with shipper upon receipt of merchandise.
- Please note any damages on freight bill.
- Please save any packaging material for inspection.
